 "To begin this review, I will confess that I avoid hiring others to do work for me. Over the years I have not had good luck with contractors following through with promises. All is good when they are getting you to sign the contract but their promises fail shortly after they cash your down payment. This was not the case with Lake Country Concrete Specialists. 

Tom was very responsive when I called to get an estimate for some concrete work. He arrived at the time he promised. He was very patient answering all of our questions and helping us plan out our patio. Before we made a commitment to use his company he came back a second time to answer additional question. As is for most I have an expectation of people being true to their word and following through with promises. Tom did exactly that with our patio. We were in process of planning a graduation party for my daughter and LCCS made sure that the job was completed as to not interfere with the plans we were making. He did this during what is probably the busiest time for the concrete industry in Wisconsin. When the crew arrived at my home at 7am on a Monday morning I was expecting some half awake workers that were not happy to be up so earlier dreading another back breaking job in the sun. This is the exact opposite of what I experienced. Tom’s son and the other men were all extremely polite and very respectful of my family and my property. They took the time to ensure they had a complete understanding of my expectations while setting up for the job [...]"
